The group was prompted to create a strange plant beast that was grown in a greenhouse. Could be a family pet or any matter of creature that could please, horrify, and everything in between.  Inspired by a combination of features from walking palm trees, tree frogs, and octopus, we wanted to make something that would challenge me as the designer and my teammate to create a specialized rig for animating.
